Story
It was an autumn at Vancouver, hosting two different strangers, Ashok, and Firdaus Hayat,the story sets out in coming approximately 11 thousand kilometers away almost of the same parts of the world for a common purpose; to pursue a special Law course at the university of Toronto, Ontario.
In the last decades of early twenty-first century of global knowledge competence, rising in global purchasing power parity and the recent economic boom:mostly in south Asian countries, and more so arising,global aspiration in the digitise global world led to the one-sided phenomenal brain drain in pursuits of knowledge and the understanding the intellectual matrix amidst the commercially dominating universe.
Ashok and Firdaus Hayat, They both look identical in many ways but still they were different from each other. their one-rooted cultural identity was the most effective adhesive between them to pull each other in the debate on gender equality, human right violations, and poverty to misgovernance, at canteen during coffee breaks.
The tale of the two strangers grows deep down to the wire; depicting their societal insecurities, cultural identity, political identity and their religious outlook.
Ashok, 26-year-old from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, the northern part of India, he was too got fancied like most of his peers to live the upper middle-class aspiration since his childhood.
Hayat Firdaus, a 28-year-old, divorced, once married to a school teacher at the age of 17, from the central part of Karachi, a cosmopolitan city of Pakistan, epicenter of the emergence of Indus Civilization in the 3rd millennium B.C.
she too was matching the aspirational thread with Ashok, that drawn them close to each other. before they could know each other in a great deal a tragedy happened to already emotionally fragile orphan Hayat.
she lost her grandfather back home in Karachi, who was battling for his life with cancer almost for decades, who used to run a bookstore near to Karachi University and he was a celebrated Islamic scholar.who was migrated to Karachi from Lucknow at time of the partition of the British India.
Firdaus had to return back to her home country for the final procession of her dear grandfather whose religious teaching were heavily subscribed by Hayat.
Did Hayat Come back and complete her studies?? did they ever meet to each other?

देखो बाबू हम पढ़े वर्ड्सवर्थ लिखे तो पन्त की नानी हो
तुम ठहरे कट्टर साहित्यिक अब लगाओ अर्थ जो ज्ञानी हो?

Two year old gems
दुनिया के स्तर पर भी काफी कुछ चिंताजनक घट रहा है ।भूमण्डलीकरण ने दुनियां को एक ध्रुवीय कर दिया है .पूरे विश्व में सिर्फ एक महाशक्ति बची है जो अपनी जरूरत के मुताबिक तालिबान पैदा करती है और फिर जरूरत खत्म हो जाने के बाद उन्हें नष्ट करने के लिये बम बरसाती है।पूरी दुनियां में यह महाशक्ति सैनिक तानाशाहों , धार्मिक कठमुल्लों तथा जनता की दुश्मन सरकारों को समर्थन देती है और स्वंय को प्रजातंत्र के रक्षक के रूप में भी पेश करती है।विश्व के सारे व्यापार और युद्ध इसी की मर्जी से हो रहें है।समाजवादी राज्य व्यवस्थायें अपने -अपने अंर्तविरोधों से नष्ट हो गयीं हैं और साम्राज्यवाद विरोधी किसी भी बडी संभावना के लक्षण नहीं दिखायी दे रहें हैं। ये वही महाशक्ति है जिसे दूसरे के कपड़े गन्दे दिखाई देते है खुद की लंगोट कहा फंसी है इसे इस बात की कोई चिंता नही। बीजिंग की पकड़ भी ठीक है दिल्ली आकर फंसी लंगोट छुड़वाने की कोशिश करता है और फिर जाते जाते बक जाता है की तुम्हरी खाट में बहुत खटमल हैं। शेखों को कुछ नही बोलता क्योंकि वहीँ के पानी से इसकी लंगोट सफ़ेद होती रही हो भले ही उनके गलियों में कूड़ा भरा हो।
चलो ये तो रहा अपना विदेशी आउटरेज।
अब देशी आउटरेज पर आतें हैं बहुत कठिन घड़ी है।
ऐसे मुश्किल समय में मेरे जैसे बकलोल लोगों की क्या भूमिका हो सकती है ? हमारे यहां तो कई लोगों ने न लिखने के कारण तलाशने शुरू कर दियें हैं. बहुतों का मानना है कि पूरा समय ही इतना आउटरेज विरोधी है कि अब आउटरेज का कोई अर्थ नहीं है. ऐसे समय में किसी बडी आउटरेज की उम्मीद नहीं की जा सकती .मैं इन लोगों से सहमत नहीं हो पाता हूं. मेरा तो मानना यह है कि मुश्किल समय में ज्यादा बडा आउटरेज संभव है .सोवियत रूस का उदाहरण सामने है . क्रान्ति के पहले जब रूसी जनता निरंकुश सांमतों और मनुष्य विरोधी चर्च के बूटों तले रौंदी जा रही थी तब उसने तालस्ताय ¸ चेखव, पुश्किन ,तुर्गनेव और गोर्की जैसे बडे आउटरेजियस लेखक पैदा किये. क्रांति के बाद जब समय अपेक्षाकृत बेहतर हो गया तब एक भी लेखक इनके पाये का नहीं दिखायी देता. मायकोवस्की या पास्तनाक जैसों का क्या हाल हुआ, हम सब जानतें हैं.
मुश्किल वक्त बडा साहित्य रचवाता है. पर यह साहित्य शून्य से पैदा नहीं होता. इसके लिये एक लम्बी वैचारिक तैयारी की जरूरत होती है. आज दिक्कत यही है कि इस वैचारिक तैयारी के उपकरण गायब हो गयें हैं. सब सालों एक एक भांड दल हो गया है।मुलायम सिंह यादव की धोती सरक जाये तो एक पूरा खेमा उनके कच्छे तक उतार दे।मोदी जी सूट पहन लें तो सूट बूट के लोग ये चाहेंगे की मोदी जी बनिये वाले कच्छे में क्यों नही मिले-ऐसे थोड़ी न होगा मेक इन इंडिया डूड। यू हैव टू शो इंटेंट बाय वेअरिंग देसी कच्छा दिस हैज टू बी योर मेसेज विचारधारा के अंत ने आदर्शों का अंत कर दिया है.
कल पंजाब में मानवता को शर्मशार करने वाली जो घटना हुई उस पर दल के दलदल में फंसे हुए लोग आउटरेज नही कर पा रहें। ठीक ही है उनके साथ नही हुआ है कल हो भी सकता है फिर शायद दल के दलदल से बाहर निकलें तब तक इन्तेजार ही कर लेते हैं। मुद्दा यह की बाबा जी ने पुत्रबिजक नाम से दवाई क्यूँ बनाई बेटी की असमत लूटी जाय इससे फर्क नही पड़ता क्यों। अब बाबा को उसने व्यापारी क्यूं बोला-इसके माँ की इतना आउटरेज होगा की बाबा कई दोनों आँखे सही हो जाएँगी। जंग जारी है बाबा के पक्षधर और विपक्षीयो में। उधर पंजाब सरकार ने बसो को सुरक्षा भी देदी की विक्टिम को मिली की नही भगवान् जाने। 16 दिसम्बर वाले किस्से पर को सबके घड़ियाली आंसू दिखे-क्या मिडिया क्या नेता आप मैं और हम सब। खुदा का शुक्र है की लड़की ने पहले ही मरना सही समझा।लोगों ने आँखों से देखने बंद कर दियें हैं. नौजवान भी दुनियां बदलने की नहीं बल्कि लूट में अपना हिस्सा पाने की बातें करने लगें हैं .यह सब कुछ हमें शार्टकट की ओर ले जाता है. जाहिर है कि शार्टकट से बडा लेखन नहीं हो सकता.
इस पूरे परिदृश्य में भी सुतियावाद मुझे निराश होने से बचाता है. मैं अब भी मानता हूं कि जिस तरह की दुनियां में हम रह रहें हैं हमें उससे बेहतर दुनियां चाहिये और हमारे पास न लिखने का कोई कारण नहीं है.

भूगोल का विज्ञान -इतिहास के पन्नों से
एक बात बताये पाण्डेय जी राजनीती तो थोड़ी बहोत समझ में आ जाती है पर ये भूगोल बिलकुल नहीं भूगोल मुझे कभी समझ में नहीं आया। स्कूल में भूगोल को लेकर मेरा स्पष्ट दृष्टिकोण था कि भाड़ में जाने दो स्साले को। गाँव के हमारे स्कूल में नकल की उचित तथा लगभग विधि-सम्मत सुविधा थी तथा भूगोल वाले मास्साब दूर के रिश्ते में हमारे मामा लगते थे, सो भी भूगोल कोई विशेष समस्या रही नहीं कभी। परीक्षा में पास होने लायक भूगोल की चिटें हमने तैयार कर ही ली थीं और वस्त्रों में जिस जगह छिपाकर हम उन्हें रखकर परीक्षा में नकल के महत उद्देश्य के साथ बैठते थे, उस जगह का उल्लेख किसी भूगोल की किताब में नहीं था। सो, जब मास्साब अक्षांश-देशांश रेखाएँ, लाल सागर, भूमध्य रेखा, कर्क रेखा, दक्षिणी गोलार्द्ध, उत्तरी गोलार्द्ध, अमेजन का कछार, सुंदरवन का डेल्टा, पठार, घाटियाँ, वन आदि के अकादमिक तिलिस्म में भटकते फिरते थे, तब हम होनहार छात्रगण पीछे की टाटपट्टी पर बैठे इस सामाजिक न्याय के लिए संघर्ष करते रहते थे कि प्रार्थना के समय बटोरे गए अधजली बीड़ी के टुकड़ों में से बड़ा टुकड़ा किसको मिलेगा? स्कूल के इंटरवल में हम वहाँ छुपकर सामूहिक धूम्रपान करते थे, जहाँ का भूगोल हमारे भूगोल के मास्साब को भी ज्ञात नहीं था। मुझे पता नहीं कि भूमध्य रेखा से वह जगह कितनी दूर थी कि जहाँ हमारा सरकारी मिडिल स्कूल स्थित था और मुझे यह नहीं पता था कि हम अपने हेडमास्टर साहब के हाथों पृथ्वी के उत्तरी गोलार्ध में पिट रहे थे अथवा दक्षिणी गोलार्द्ध में – परंतु यह बात स्पष्ट है कि जब मुझे भूगोल पढ़ना तथा समझना चाहिए था,तब मैं नितांत अभौगोलिक किस्म की हरकतों में मुब्तिला था।

Some alleges that he is milking consumers in the mame of economic nationalism?, though I am too naive to understand what economic nationalism is all about.As a typical Indian I never bother to Google it,except relying on to my visceral.
Patanjali is not bsessed with price-war, though their assertions are always bold italicized on reasonable price, which suffices they are not into price-war but simultaneously conveys low-priced tags
Their second obsession is with “swadeshi” which means Indian and more correctly “Patanjali Products” to its limited terms.
Hijacking the term swadeshi to expand his own business empire uncontested ,although there are lots of Indian producers dealing in same products with more or less same ingredients.
Quality has and has been his prime obsession in his claims.
With Quality(Purity) and “Swadeshi”(Bhartiyata) he is taking on Indian and Multinational Corporation.
Amidst all this he is to launch “Swadeshi jeans” while jeans symbolizes the western culture. How can a jeans be swadeshi in indian narrative of swadeshi?
that means he is not obsessed with Indian culture or demonize Western culture all his focus on profit and a sustainable business model.

Nepal Coming closer?
Nepali Prime minister Mr.Prachnand is in capital.
His first stint as Prime minister was disappointing for India and even for Nepal with some extent. He shows little statesmanship and was seen more as a leader of party than the leader of the nation.
He made first official visit to China in 2008 as Prime minister escaping the historic and friendly relationship with Indian, not limited to state: people to people contacts since centuries.
Choosing India for his first official visit has profound meaning in diplomacy.
India’s relationship with nepal has touched all time low for almost one year since KP Sharma Oli took charge of Nepal.
KP Sharma was miffed with Indian advice on Nepali Constitution. indian leadership had advised Nepali leadership to make Constitution more inclusive for Madhesis citing the repercussions on cross- borders peace.( though some people alleges that Bihar’s recently concluded assembly election has lots of bearing on aggravating situations )
Ignoring the Indian advice Sharma went ahead with a Constitution favouring ‘Pahari and upper caste” population and ignoring Madhesis Dalit etc. down the hills. Ignoring the major chunk of population and making Constitution exclusive.
Due to all this there were intense anti-India feeling and Nepal underwent through lots of unrest and economic crisis followed by KP Sharma’s exits.
Dahal has almost 9 months tenure to serve, there is no need to put pressure on Dahal for amendment in Nepali Constitution to secure the interests of Madhesis as Prachand doesn’t have enough numbers, to do, in Nepali Parliament.
While most of the half-literate nationalists wanted to put pressure on Prachand which not only damage the Indian role but also turn out to be disaster for Nepali populace and would push entire Nepal in civil war, with KP Oli and his ally backed by China,Madhesis backed by Indian and indigenous Nepali dalits,landless and left units backed by Maoists Prachand.
Therefore, there is no point of nationalists exhibition to mount pressure on Prachand.
Even if he is not able to amend Constitution he and his ally Nepali Congress is principally agreed for amendment whenever they come into power with absolute majority.
All we need to expedite the project which are already in our basket otherwise there is no points of having agreement on every fortnight.
Excuetion of projects has been one of the trailing weaknesses of India due to administrative and bureaucratic unwillingness to priorities Indian interest.
India’s credibility on projects Excuetion and completion is very low.
In last one year India lost terribly in Nepal
not in terms of trade moreover its trust and a place of being trustee of Nepal.
There are lots of opportunities for India to take leverage of historical and geographical advantage and contain Chinese influence on Nepal.

My complain
Dear Akhilesh Yadav, Hon’ble Chief Minister Uttar Pradesh,
Sir,
My complaint might look tiny and illogical in a state where journalists are being burnt alive allegedly by Police and RTI activists are being shot at broad day-light.
Despite all this odd and state of chaos let me bring your kind attention to what I went through in last 15 days, none but by your efficient police .
My father had met an accident on Eighth day of the June 2015 around 4:15 PM evening at Golghar, Gorakhpur while crossing the road.he was badly hit by a car and received several injuries and his right leg down the knee got fractured.
The gentlemen who was driving the car, under public and traffic-police pressure, drove my father to a local city hospital and flee after dumping him to his known doctor, later the doctor denied the first aid and was hell bent on to giving the ugly turn to it just to save his culprit friend.
The police were also apprised to the doctor’s behavior by formal complain on district police control room, police also came and went after formal inquiry.
I reached my home-town next evening and asked my father how did it happen, after his narration I decided to file a formal complain against the driver for reckless driving , though the onus lies on your idiot traffic-policemen who were present there at the time of accident, if I am not wrong.
The area where the accident took place falls under the jurisdiction of Cant Police station, therefore I went to the respective police station. on 11th June I met the Inspector of the Cant police station and narrated the whole story along with the written complain.he asked me “who sent you?” I replied him where do I suppose to go.
The Inspector told me that the place where accident took place is in between the jurisdiction of two police station: Cantt and Kotwali, which he did purposely to the best of my knowledge.
The very next day, I took my mother, to the spot,who was also with my father at the unfortunate day. I clicked some photo of the area so that Inspector could easily identify whether the area falls under his jurisdiction or not and furthermore I could avoid his smartness.
On 13th June,I went to the police station and there was a mock drill going on, I asked a constable named Vivek Mani Tripathi, where is Pandey ji ( Inspector Cantt).
the constable without asking me anything started to chastise me as to why I didn’t address Inspector Cantt as “SAHAB”. and had a verbal encounter with him.
His ego was hurt. I told him that Pandey ji or Pandey Sir hardly makes any difference and I refused to endorse feudal badge “SAHAB” to address anyone.
I could not meet Inspector Cantt even on 13th June, so I went next day i.e.14th June and handed over my complain to him, when I asked him the receiving of the same he told me rest assured and get the FIR next day.
on 15th June when I went to the police station to receive the copy of FIR,I found out that FIR was not noted down, I again contacted Inspector Cantt.
he told me that he lost it somewhere,I politely suggested that I should write a new one and get the FIR hand to hand which he replied positively and asked me to come after 2 hours.
When I reached again after 2 hours and handed over the complain he asked me the medical report to support the FIR. I had the admit certificate of the hospital where my father was first got admitted by culprit. he told me that private hospitals medical reports are not recognized for the very purpose and started quoting IPC’s act and lectured about law at great length.
On 18th June, I wrote a letter to SSP Gorakhpur and I don’t have any information till date, as to what happened to my complain.
At last ,Sir, If your Police is so obsessed with being addressed as “SAHAB” please arrange them a colonial badge of OBE,award everyone of them with Knighthood.
You won’t realize many cases goes unreported due to your police’s feudal behavior.they consider themselves as king, please let them know that their salaries are hard-earned money of tax payers.
Sir could you please ask police constables not quote law before hearing the complainant out politely.
Dear Sir, I hope and believe that you look into this matter and take necessary action ASAP.

Is it an incompetent foreign Policy in Nepal or a miscalculation of the Nepali leadership By Indian Establishment?
In a desperate bid by the Indian Foreign Secretary in September 3rd week followed by NSA Doval, who had carried a personal message from PM Modi was politely listened to, given a lecture in return and sent back without backing out from the decision to promulgate the new constitution without any further dialogue.
The Indian Foreign Secretary said that India wished to see that the new constitution incorporates concerns of all the stake holders through dialogue and flexibility. The Indian PM’s concern was about the unrest in Terai districts, the spill over effect of the unrest in the Indian side particularly when elections are due in that State. But this had no effect!
A week earlier of the foreign Secretary’s visit to Kathmandu, there was a long article by the Prime minister’s Press Advisor Prateek Pradhan, in the MyRepublica claiming that Nepal is proud of its democratic constitution and of their leaders and is not to be fooled by “absurd ideas.” It was a direct indictment of the Indian position and of the Prime Minister Modi on the current crisis. This could not have come out without specific clearance from Prime Minister Sushil Koirala.
I think that the Indian Foreign Secretary should not have gone at all only to be rebuffed when it was clear that the leaders of the top three were determined to go ahead with the promulgation and were in no mood to listen to any advice.
India should have taken a clue from the proxy official statement of the PMO Nepal and should have taken other measures to preserve Indian Interest to avoid such nose diving Indo-Nepal relation.
The anti-India sentiments were institutionalized by Channel Nepal since early 2001, as it is the first Nepali satellite TV channel founded in Nepal by Indo-Nepali ISI agent Jamim Shah who was allegedly killed by RAW handlers in Nepal some five years ago.
The channel always races ahead in spewing venom against India and it is streamlining the anti-India perception at the right time.
The Anti-Indian group is exploiting the situations. It is not merely limited to Twitter jingoism. in a recent move Nepal’s future Prime Minister,K.P.Oli has accused India for “undeclared embargo” and stated that Indian purposely cut the supply of essential goods and more importantly petroleum products.
How ever his allegations against India do not dwell as the embassy of Nepal has categorically said that there is no evidence against India to term it as an attempt blockade by Indian government.
Nepal is currently facing acute shortage of oil and a week earlier it has indicated to import it from China.
Today they have blocked Indian trucks from moving to Beergunj towards Indian Border

साइकिल की साइक्लिक साइकिल यात्रा
मैं साइकिल को लेकर अभिभूत हूँ जिसको हर तबके से जोड़ कर देखा जा सकता है कोई खाने के लिए साइकिल चलाता है तो कोई पचाने के लिए खाने और पचाने को भोजन के अर्थ में ही देखें। जीवन के हर पहलू को साइकिल के इर्द गिर्द देखा जा सकता है। साइकिल सहानुभूति का द्योत्तक है। गलती किसी की भी हो साइकिल वाले को सहानुभूति का अपरिहार्य हिस्सा जरूर मिल जाता है हलाकि ये दंड की एकरूपता के विरुद्ध है फिर भी जनमानस के कलेक्टिव कॉन्शियसनेस का लाभ साइकिलधारी का अनन्य नैतिक अधिकार है।
सहानुभूति के इस सामाजिक और नैतिक लाभांश साइकिलधारी को हमेशा समय समय पर वितरित किया जाता है।
कभी कभी इस लाभांश को साइकिलधारी अन्य सामाजिक और नैतिक कार्यों में भी नियोजित करता है।हालांकि इस तरह के नियोजन की एक मात्र व्यस्क क्षेत्र राजनीती है।
नियोजन की इस प्रक्रिया से वो विनियोक्यता बनता है जो साइकिल के मूल सामाजिक एकरूपता के सिद्धांत से दूर उसे पूंजीपतियों के उस वर्ग से जोड़ता है जिसके विरोध पर साइकिलवादी समाजवाद का अस्तित्व है।
। मेरी सोच साइकिल से आगे नही जाती और पैडल मारते हुए मेरे विचार कार की दाईं ओर बैठे उस शख्स को घूर के देखती हैं जो मुझसे आगे निकल जाता है।मेरी सारी आर्थिक,सामाजिक वैज्ञानिक, विदेश निति और राजनितिक सोच साइकिल के अगले पहिये तक ही सिमित रह जाती है और पिछले पहिये का कचड़ा युक्त ध्रुवियकरण मेरे कमीज के पिछले हिस्से को गन्दी करके निकल जाती हैं।मैं अहिंसावादी और गाँधीवादी की तरह आगे निकल जाता हूँ की आगे का पहिया भी कभी कभी कीचड़ दे मरता है। मुझे गांधी जी की एक गाल पर थप्पड़ वाली बात याद आ जाती है फिर खिसियाते हुए लोकलाज बस आगे निकल जाता हूँ। हमेशा यही सोचता हूँ की पहिये का मानव के विकास में बहुत योगदान है अगर इसने दो छीटे ही दे दिए तो क्या हुआ आग भी तो कभी कभी घर जला ही देती है।आखिर आग और पहिये के योगदान को हम कैसे नकार सकते है।

मैं रूढ़िवादी साइकिल धारको में से नही हूँ मेरे भी कुछ विचार हैं। उन विचारों को मैं समाज के सामने समय समय पर रखता हूँ।हालांकि कुछ प्रोग्रेसिव चिंतक साइकिल से जुड़े मेरे अस्तित्व को लेकर मुझे साइकिल सवार वाली भाषा को अनुगृहीत करने का आरोप पूर्वाग्रह वश जोड़ते रहते हैं। कार्य और जीवन में अनुकरणीय अनुशीलन की दृष्टि से पूर्वाग्रही दृष्टिपात करके ये प्रोग्रेसिव लोग भाषा की दरिद्रता के साथ वैमनस्य भरा अहंकार कि सारी श्रेष्ठता का ठीकरा मुझ पर ही फोड़ते हैं।इन्हें मुझको गियर वाली साइकिल और पिछवाड़े में गोयनका साहब की खड़ी कार देखना नही सुहाता।यह अभिन्वेष भी पर्याप्त है भविष्य के विरोध में असरहीनता के लिए।जिन शास्त्रो का उल्लेख केवल करना नहीं जगत हित के लिए खुले क्या? फिर ये सब द्वेष के लिए ऐसे आरोप लगाते हैं।
कहते हैं की तुम्हारे में विचारों और कार्यों में अंतर है और धरातल पर कोई लाभार्थी नही है। अब मैं इन्हें कैसे बताऊँ की सावित्री काव्य महाभारत के 70 श्लोको से मन को अखंड उचाई को लेजाना 26वर्ष लगे अनुभूत और अभिभूत होने में। संस्थानों की विश्व में भरमार थी और है भी फिर भी उत्प्रेरक भावार्थ ढूढ़ने में वर्षो लग गए। विरोध का स्वर एक कर्म कांड है।समाजवाद की सौम्यता किस संस्कृति में नहीं है।सत्य कथा ही घिनोनी हो तो सत्य का कथा से क्या तात्पर्य ।
उत्पीड़क भी सज्जन हो सकता है यह प्रश्न समाजवाद हमेशा से करता आया है और आगे पूंजीवादी शक्तियों में और नियोजन करके सामाजिक पूंजीवाद की नई अवधारणा को स्थापित करना ही समाजवाद का मूल उद्देश्य है।वैमनस्य में समाजवाद का कोई योगदान नही है सारे पूंजीवादी कमिसन की रिपोर्टो को मैं ख़ारिज करता हूँ और वैमनस्य को पूंजीवाद से जोड़कर देखने की सलाह देता हूँ।
भाई चारे में जिनका चारा है वो समझे मेरी विचारधारा उनसे अलग है।
